We have racks on our garage wall to store the tires, but I didn't want to accidentally be brushing up against dirty tires on my way in and out of my car, so I bought these to cover the tires while they were stored. I am pleased with the quality. The covers are not contiguous, they have a strip of hook and loop velcro on the outside and you wrap it around tire and fasten it so it fits the tire snug around the exterior. In the inside, there is elastic and another set of velcro to allow you adjust the size of the inner circle. Everything is very secure, its easy to carry them in the containers. The only drawback and the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are a tad small for my odyssey's wider tires. They fit, but they cannot completely cover the tire on both sides.
